Ash Ley Yoga offers guidance and support for everyday living.  The physical practice (asana) and the breath work (pranayama) are accessible to everyone.  Yoga practices are modified to work for you, not the other way around, and build inner peace, gratitude, and resilience.

Whether it's pain, discomfort, stress, or a desire to expand a fitness practice, yoga supports health and well-being.

During an asana practice, you can expect to monitor your breath and thoughts while moving through poses.  The final resting pose will let you leave class feeling refreshed and having experienced yourself a little more.
Ashley is a Licensed Social Worker, since 2017, with a career centered around child and family safety and well-being.  This has included work related to adult and youth substance use, suicide prevention, trauma & adverse childhood experiences, and integrated health.  In 2015, Ashley received her 200 RYT as a Vinyasa yoga instructor from Higher Power Trenton Yoga Foundation in Trenton, NJ.  She also completed Yoga for Addictions and Trauma Certification in 2016.  She is inspired by the natural healing and strengthening powers of yoga: physically, mentally, and spiritually.  Ashley also loves mountains, air, water, the moon, her dog, food, family, friends, sports, and so much more.
